Forrest Holbert is a studio artist and graphic designer whose talent extends to a wide array of media: drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, trompe l’oeil, prints, and digital media. Of special interest is his foray into a style of optical illusion drawing that gives the appearance of three-dimensional image. He often spends his free time painting, drawing using pencil and charcoal as well as digital media such as the iOS Brushes Redux application and enhancing my personal website. As a student of printmaking at the Corcoran College of Art & Design, Forrest was a recipient of the Neil Jenny scholarship, and later received a certificate in printmaking in May 2015. Then, he moved forward to studying graphic design at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) and started off learning how to design websites with Adobe Dreamweaver.
As a graphic designer, he is proficient in designing logos, brochures, websites, illustrations, and other branding items using the Adobe® Creative Suites: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and InDesign.
